Format of the training: both offline and online form
ENTraNCE is a training, which is organized by the Centre for a Digital Society, for national judges from EU Member States interested in deepening their knowledge in EU competition law enforcement. The training is co-financed by the Directorate-General for the Competition of the European Commission. The training program will include residential training, interactive classes, online activities, coaching, final workshop.
The Requirements of the Program
- Participants must have the nationality of one of the EU Member States (Denmark excluded)
- Participants from Albania and Montenegro are also eligible to apply
Target Audience
- Administrative judges who have jurisdiction to review the decisions of the National Competition Authority
- Civil and Commercial law judges who are involved in private enforcement cases of EU competition law
